  • The navigation consult is great for 1 to 4 people. It’s an ideal way to bring multiple family members together and work out the best option for your loved one.

  • I get it, things come up. You can reschedule once with no fee. If you need to reschedule more than once or make a full cancellation, this will incur a fee of $150. This will be deducted from the upfront paid amount before refunding the balance.

  • It depends on where you’re at in the process. We have a range of options to suit different stages and needs – if you’re not sure which package is right for you, submit an enquiry via our contact form.

  • Yes! After the Aged Care Navigation Consult, you can continue working with Joyly via our Complete Home Support package (or a smaller package if you don’t need the full package). We also offer additional services to existing clients, including aged care planning, respite care and ongoing monthly support. We’re with you for as long as you need us.

    If you chose to continue working with Kym, within 2 weeks after the consult, you’ll receive a $200 credit toward whatever package you choose.
